The outcome of our case was we took Perry to court the judge did rule in our favor she ordered Perry to return my son's truck within 24 hours he did return the truck the truck was intact the judge advised everyone who came to court to support us on our case and their issues also each person had to file their own complaint with the court requesting their own court date so I advise everyone who has an issue with this *** to do so Perry did try to counter sue us and the judge denied his claim she did also advised me and Perry that as long as the truth about someone or a business is the truth and not fabricated the person posting the truth cannot be held accountable in a lawsuit by the other party so anyone who has had an issue posted Truth for others to see take your case to court and it's some point the State of Florida will shut him down for fraudulent activity be persistent and justice will prevail in your favor good luck to all you guys out there
